But the logic still helps: as heat and humidity rise together, shorten the session, lower intensity, or skip the workout rather than trying to out-discipline the room.

Buy the plain towel before the fancy one. If the product page leans on fabric names and dramatic before-after language but cannot explain how it works beyond being wet, cold, or evaporative, you do not need the premium version for a small apartment workout.

The Yoga Mat Is for the Floor and the Exercise Menu

A yoga mat is the least dramatic cooling fix on the list, and it belongs last for that reason. It will not change the room temperature. It can, however, insulate you from a hot floor and make it easier to choose movements that produce less heat than standing jumps, burpees, or fast circuits.
